Of course, the world knew the lawsuit was coming. Joe Jackson had announced that he would be filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Conrad Murray months ago. His attorney sent Conrad Murray a letter of intent to sue, a prerequisite in California, which TMZ obtained a copy of Tuesday.
TMZ reported that the intent document alleged that Murray was at a strip club drinking the night Michael Jackson died. The claim also alleged that the 50-year-old singer had been showing poor signs of health prior to his death and that Conrad Murray’s administration of a “polypharmacy” of drugs to the King of Pop was what eventually killed him. The intent papers stated that the doctor had not only caused Michael Jackson’s deteriorating health but also failed to “ignored the signs” of his condition as well.

Brian Oxman, the attorney representing Joe Jackson in his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray, the man accused of causing Michael Jackson’s death, says Murray was at a strip club the night before the singer died.
Oxman appeared on Jane Velez-Mitchell’s HLN show ‘Issues’ saying he’d spoken to the owner of a strip club in Los Angeles who said Murray was in a strip club the night before he allegedly administered a lethal dose of propofol to the King of Pop.
TMZ reports that Oxman claims that not only was Murray’s presence at the club confirmed by the owner of Sam’s Hof Brau, but the dancers themselves said the doctor was there as well.

Oxman says he spoke with the owner of Sam’s Hof Brau, who said his girls told him Murray was indeed at the club. Murray’s legal team denies the claim.

Joe Jackson’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, just went on TV and said he has spoken to the owner of a strip club in Los Angeles who told him Dr. Conrad Murray was in the club the night before Michael Jackson died.
Oxman, who filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Conrad Murray on behalf of Joe Jackson earlier today, was a guest on “Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell.” Oxman said the owner of the strip club, Sam’s Hof Brau, told him the girls said Conrad Murray was indeed at the club.
As we first reported, one of the girls says Murray was indeed there … but Murray’s camp says the strip club tale is BS.
Jane’s show airs tonight at 7:00 PM ET on HLN.
In the lawsuit, Joe Jackson claims that Murray hid vital information i.e. he had administered Propofol from other doctors and EMTs. Joe claims that Murray actions caused damages over USD 75,000. TMZ reports that the lawsuit has been filed in the federal court because Murray is not a California resident. It’s interesting to note that Joe in the lawsuit doesn’t allege that Murray was drinking at a strip club hours even as Jackson was fighting for his life.
MJ’ mysterious death had shocked the fans across the world. However, it was evident that the King of Pop was grappling with lot of ailments. But many sections, mostly singer’s fans, demanded a criminal investigation probe. During the probe several thing came into the light. Murray’s role in the death was also speculated. Dr. Conrad Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death for administering the powerful anesthetic propofol to Jackson to help the pop star sleep.

But a new witness has stepped forward, swearing that she did see Dr. Murray there that night. A stripper, who is anonymous until someone pays her enough, claims Dr. Murray was at the club before midnight on June 24, 2009. In fact, the stripper says that Conrad was a frequent customer, considering the club was just down the street from the Staples Center, where Michael was rehearsing for his tour. She also says that Conrad was drinking – a lot!
The stripper insists that the reason no one has stepped forward with this information until now is because management told the girls not to speak to anyone about it because “they didn’t want to be involved.”

… 06-25) 16:57 PDT FREMONT — The brother of a 15-year-old boy who had his gun wrestled from him and was shot to death while committing a home-invasion robbery in Antioch was wounded by police after a car chase, authorities said Friday.
Kim Colston, 32, was shot numerous times by Antioch police when he reached for a gun after crashing a Honda Accord about 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Fremont, police said.
Colston, who got off parole in May for a drug conviction, was unconscious at a hospital Friday, police said. A suspected prostitute who was in the car with him was injured in the crash at Kato Road and Milmont Drive, police said.
Police had been watching Colston at a Fremont motel as part of an investigation into a shootout June 8 on Aster Drive in Antioch that ended in the death of his 15-year-old brother, Keylow Colston.
Antioch driver crashes into Vallejo house, arrested on prostitution charge

A 29-year-old Antioch woman was arrested for prostitution after her vehicle careened into a Vallejo home Thursday afternoon.
Jordin McKee said her car was having issues with alignment when she lost control of the vehicle, Vallejo Sgt. Herman Robinson said.
Her truck crashed through a black metal fence and came to rest against a house at the corner of Illinois and Sutter streets.
Witnesses at the scene said McKee attempted to flee at first, but she remained on scene once she noticed people calling police on their cell phones.
The house suffered some damage to its siding. McKee was uninjured, Robinson said.
Police determined that McKee had a $10,000 arrest warrant from Sonoma County for prostitution, so she was taken into custody, Robinson said.
