Xiao “Ben” Xiong Luo was shot once in the chest during the holdup just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, in which two men stormed the house at 2432 Moraga St. Police suspect the house was being used as a brothel.
Nine other people inside the home were tied up but unharmed.
The photos, taken with surveillance cameras mounted outside the home, show what appear to be two men. Lt. Lyn Tomioka, a department spokeswoman, said people in the house described them as Latino, but their features are difficult to make out in the photographs.

“We’re not prepared to call it a brothel yet,” Gascón said. He also said the department was taking pains not to identify anyone inside the home as being associated with “criminal activity.”
However, sources say police continue to believe that Luo was running a prostitution ring. Police have also expanded the investigation to consider gambling activity as well, they said.
