Herrera said the Pink Diamonds Gentlemen’s Club, located at 220 Jones St., had already agreed to an injunction in March that required the club not to operate after 2 a.m., not to allow excessive noise in the neighborhood, and to cease acts of prostitution, drug and alcohol violations, and violent behavior at the club.
Since then, San Francisco police have been called out to the club more than 200 times, according to the city attorney’s office.
The fatal shooting at 3 a.m. on June 27 of Harris Fulbright, a 30-year-old San Francisco resident, outside the club “represented only the worst episode so far in a pattern of lawlessness,” Herrera said in a statement.
